1.0 UDC Events B.V. and Midtown respects the privacy of all users of her website and is obliged to treat the personal information given by you as confidential.

UDC Events B.V. and Midtown will comply in all cases to the requirements of the Law protection personal information.

2.0 UDC Events B.V. and Midtown only collects information left by visitors on the website. The information will be saved for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

4.0 Personal ‘My Nightmare’ account on the Nightmare website
To fully utilize the possibilities of ‘My Nightmare’ on the Nightmare website, a personal account must be made. The same is applicable if you use an existing Hyves- and/or Facebook account. When you are creating such an account, you can fill in personal information. Not all information has to be submitted, only your surname, last name, e-mail address, user name and your favorite music styles are compulsory. This information is enough to be able to use ‘My Nightmare’.
While signing up for ‘My Nightmare’, you can submit your interests as a part of your account.

4.1 ‘My Nightmare’ is using api’s from Hyves and Facebook. We are not responsible when it’s not working if the site’s are down.

4.2. Login with Hyves or Facebook accounts managed by Hyves or Facebook, passwords are encrypted and saved only by Hyves and Facebook.

5.0 For which purposes will your ‘My Nightmare’ profile information be used?
Purposes
‘My Nightmare’ will use your personal information for the following purposes:
• To communicate with you regarding ‘My Nightmare’ and to send you information regarding its information, such as updates of the whole website and digimailings;
• To adjust ‘My Nightmare’ and/or website to your wishes and needs.

6.0 In which way does ‘My Nightmare’ protects your personal information?
‘My Nightmare’ will take technical and organizational measures accordingly to protect your (personal) information against loss or any form of unauthorized adjustments, passwords are encrypted and saved and will not be made available to third parties. Except with Hyves or Facebook.

7.0 Nightmare Wall
With a My Nightmare account you have the possibility to post your comments at the Nightmare Wall.
• A comment that has no connection with the original news item, will be delete or may be punished.
• It’s not allowed to advertise at the Nightmare Wall
• Insulting the writer of the news items will be punished
• A battle of private relations will be punished
• So-called "first posts" are not permitted and will be punished
